To meet the growing market demands and the individual needs of customers in future as well perfectly and efficiently, in 2010 the different divisions of the Neumann Elektrotechnik GmbH were transferred in three separate companies.

The Neumann Elektrotechnik GmbH will in future only operate in the business field "Manufacturing of Switchgears and Controls" and concentrate on this business.

The newly established Sentex Chemnitz GmbH assumes the division "Sensors for the Textile Industry" and continues the business with the Sensor know-how of Neumann.

The newly established Kilovolt Prueftechnik Chemnitz GmbH assumes the division "High Voltage Test Equipment" and continues the business with the High Voltage know-how of Neumann.
